How It All Began
Directors Kent Woodburn and Andy Busk met in 2004..

“After a few years working together and both having our own successful businesses, we decided to merge, which is how Apache Facility Contractors was formed. Though we trade under the name of Apache Facility Contractors Ltd, for the internet Andy and I needed a name that best described what our business does...so, after hours of head banging (!), we came up with AKBI, the initials for Apache Kitchen and Bathroom Installers.”
